Rezone Request from Agricultural (A) to Rural Residential (RA)


Michael Guthrie, 2701 Burgess Gower Rd., Map 111, Parcel 032.00, requests to subdivide off 1.22 acres from his 5.24 acre parcel for the purpose of building a house for his daughter.


Planning Commission reviewed the application on Monday, January 8th and voted unanimously to move to the request to


Board of Mayor and Aldermen for consideration.


1st Reading – Tuesday, February 27 at 6:00 p.m.

2nd Reading & Public Hearing – Tuesday, March 26 at 6:00 p.m.
